Why shouldn't we Drink Energy drinks?
I think energy drinks are not good because they make kids hyper.
Did you know there is a half a cup of caffeine in Energy drinks ?. If a child eats a teaspoon of caffeine it would speed up their metabolism. Fizzy drinks are worse, for example a Classic Coke contains 34 milligrams of caffeine.
Too much caffeine or sugar can lead to diabetes.People with diabetes have a high blood sugar.Because caffeine is in coffee people who drink a lot of coffee are at risk of developing diabetes.This is the same for energy drinks
.The third reason that we should not drink energy drinks is because they have a lot of sugar and you will get fat.unless you are a high performing athlete eg Usain Bolt, your body cannot handle that amount of caffeine.
We should all try and stay away from energy drinks because they are not healthy.
